You don't need someone to tell you everything that's wrong. You need someone who will pay close attention to what's already going right, and help you build on it.

That's the core of how I work. Sessions are conversational, collaborative, and focused. I ask a lot of questions, listen closely, and help you get specific about what a better week actually looks like. Most people leave a first session with more clarity than they walked in with.

Counseling is my second career. I spent many years before this helping people through some of the biggest decisions of their lives, and that experience shapes how I work: practical, direct, and focused on what will actually help.

I have deep roots in this area and a long-standing connection to the people who call it home. I work with adults, older adults, and couples, by telehealth anywhere in Texas and in person in Denton County.
